We like to have at least 48 hours heads up before an appointment and aim to arrive at 9 am on the day. Typically, house clearing a regular 3-bedroom house takes us about 3-4 hours.
If you can't be there for the house clearance, don't worry! We can grab the keys from your solicitors, estate agents, or neighbours and return them once the house is cleared.
We're happy to clear out whatever you need, including food from the cupboards. If they're standard connections, we can even disconnect your appliances and lift the carpets if necessary. Let us know what you need, and we'll take care of it!
Our pricing is simple and covers our staff's wages, fuel, and recycling centre fees. If there are too many items to fit in one trip with our van, we may need to do a second load, which costs 50% of the fee and is used to cover the additional recycling centre expenses for the extra trip.
The more heads up you give us, the better, but usually, 48 hours is all we need. Most clients book a week or two ahead, but we understand that sometimes situations call for a quicker response, like a sudden house offer or unforeseen commitments. Rest assured, we'll be there for you regardless of the timeline!
