Get a free quoteEvery clearance is different, so it helps to start with the situation you are in. If you are dealing with the home of someone who has died, our bereavement clearance and probate clearance services are designed to be gentle, unhurried and organised, with keepsakes and paperwork set aside for the family. If you simply need a whole property emptied, our full house clearance covers everything from the attic to the shed.
Smaller jobs are just as welcome. You might only need a loft cleared, a garage emptied, a garden tidied or a few bulky pieces taken away through furniture removal or rubbish removal. Landlords and tenants can use our end-of-tenancy clearance, businesses can ask about commercial clearance for offices, shops and storage units, and we also help with homes that have become overwhelming through hoarding clearance.
If you are not sure which service fits, do not worry. Send us a few photos by WhatsApp on 07898 719 509 and we will suggest the simplest option.
Some clearances are planned months ahead, others arrive suddenly with a house sale, a tenancy ending or a family emergency. We like at least 48 hours' notice and most people book a week or two ahead, but if your timeline is tight, tell us at the start and we will do our best to help. We would rather be honest about what is possible than promise something we cannot deliver.
You can read more about the process on our how it works page, and see how pricing is worked out on our house clearance prices page.
How it works
No fuss and no surprises – here’s what happens from your first call to the moment you get the keys back.
Call, fill in the form or send photos by WhatsApp.
Based on the volume and access – no hidden extras.
Around 48 hours’ notice is usually all we need.
We arrive at 9am, keys can be collected for you.
Usable items go to charity, the rest is recycled.
Big vans, fewer trips
Our vans carry around 1.5 tonnes of household items – about the same as four 8-yard skips. No skip permits, nothing left on your drive, and we do all the lifting.

FAQs
Most families choose bereavement clearance, and where an estate is being settled, probate clearance. Both follow a similar approach: we work at your pace, set aside paperwork, photos and keepsakes, and clear the rest. Tell us your timeline when you get in touch and we will advise on the best way forward.
Yes. Partial clearances are common, for example a loft, garage, garden or a few rooms. You can also keep certain furniture in place and ask us to remove only the rest. Send photos and tell us exactly what should stay and what should go.

That is completely fine. Send us a few photos by WhatsApp or use the quote form, and describe the situation in your own words. We will tell you which service suits it best and what we would expect the job to involve.
