When you use our forms, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the message you write and any photos you upload. We do not ask for more than we need to give you a quote.

To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
To arrange and carry out a clearance if you book.
To publish a review, with your permission, if you choose to leave one.
To keep records and handle any questions or complaints.

How long we keep it

Photos you send

If you send photos by WhatsApp or upload them with a form, we use them only to assess the job and prepare your quote. Please try to avoid including people, documents or personal information in the pictures where you can. If you would like your photos deleted after the job, ask us and we will do so.

Third-party services

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your message is also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Links from this site to other websites, such as GOV.UK or charity sites, are governed by those sites' own policies.

Children

Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure, but no online transmission is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information, such as bank details, through our forms.
