Clearing a home is rarely just a practical job, and we know that. If you need house clearance in Escomb, our team will arrive at 9am, work through the property room by room and leave it clear and swept. We cover all of North East England, we like at least 48 hours' notice, and we offer free, no-obligation quotes from photos sent by WhatsApp.
House clearance in Escomb: the homes we clear
We cover the whole of Crook, Bishop Auckland, Shildon & the Wear Valley with our fleet of vans, and we support Butterwick Hospice among our charity partners, including in Bishop Auckland. If your Escomb property has more than one van load, the second load costs 50% of the fee, and we will explain this clearly when we quote. We sort as we go, so usable items are donated or reused and materials are recycled.
Local tip: Send photos of each room, the loft and any garage or yard at your Escomb address, and we can give a free, no-obligation quote.

On the day
You do not need to be at the Escomb property on the day. If it helps, we can collect the keys from your solicitor, estate agent or a neighbour, and return them once the house has been cleared. We will message you when we arrive and when we are finished, so you always know where things stand.
Where your things go
We sort everything we take from homes in Escomb. Usable furniture and household goods are donated to charity or reused where we can, metals and other materials are recycled, and the rest goes to licensed recycling centres and waste facilities. Our aim is always to recycle or donate as much as possible. Read more about how we recycle and donate.
